Effective with 2008 membership and renewals - In order to comply with certain VA and VSO qualifications, all USV-A memberships will be divided into two categories of memberships REGULAR and AUXILIARY (sometimes referred to as Irregulars). Detailed amendments to USVR-670 and other Regulations will be forthcoming. Basically, Regular membership will require verification of prior U.S. Military Service and Honorable Discharge.
