The United States Volunteers is pleased to announce the promotion of CSM Larry Smith, 1BN 31BDE, to Senior Command Sergeant Major. CSM Smith’s promotion was officiated by BG Blocker and Leo McArdle, Chairman of the Board of Directors, on Saturday, October 27, 2007 in San Jose, California. The United States Volunteers is proud to have CSM Smith as a member of its National Staff, and looks forward to the valuable contributions CSM Smith will undoubtedly give to our mission.
