Manager of Western Oregon University /Community Policing Institute.
The Creating Vigilant, Prepared, and Resilient
Communities for Home Land Security (CVPR)
Course will open on Feb. 21 & 22, 2009 in Houston, Texas. Location is the
Meeting Room of the 3rd TX BDE, 11210 Bellaire Blvd. # 134 * Houston, TX 77072.

Volunteers of America (USV-A) - Third Texas Brigade.
Attach is the List of 25 participants for the class, the number of participants
may be increased in this week (Feb.16 - 21-22, 2009)
The 3rd TX BDE should have ARR to USV-HQ /G-3 & G-1 after the course was
